Book a Bike or Fitness Class:
We have an indoor cycling studio equipped with the most advanced indoor cycling bikes on the market – the Wattbike. There are sessions running every day covering all abilities, all ages and every level of fitness then there is going to be a class to suit you. Or, if you want to do a ride on your own then you are can rent the bikes outside of the defined group sessions. The studio is also available for private hire if you want to organise a class just for your club or group
Yoga, Pilates & Fitness Classes
Yoga is a great way to prepare your body for the physical demands of cycling by helping you improve recovery after rides, maintain durability and produce more power.
Pilates will help improve core strength by targeting the core muscles. The discipline will also improve balance, encourages improved limb alignment when moving. Pilates is a great way to improve muscle strength without building muscle bulk. As a result of taking part in Pilates you will improve flexibility and posture, especially tight hip flexors. You will also improve your neck and upper back. Pilates will help stretch and lengthen these muscles and also strengthen them so they don’t set tight and short, which is another good preventative measure to avoid injury.
We also have new circuit training, strength and conditioning classes and aimed at building your core strength and improving your fitness.
Yoga, Pilates and Fitness classes at Cadence are not just for cyclists. Lots of people walk by without realising that we work with cyclists and non-cyclists alike.
We offer a range of classes aimed at everyone from beginners to experienced class attendees. Most classes cover general movement and fitness that benefit everyone-not just cyclists.
